Former Mexican president Vicente Fox was in Atlanta to serve as Emory University’s commencement speaker Monday. Fox talked about how Atlanta has become a drug hub for Mexican drug cartels. The former president made a stunning statement about how the U.S. can stop the flow of drugs into the country.
