Video: Colorado Group Wants Pot Penalties Reduced

A marijuana law reform group is challenging a Colorado city to update it’s laws in accordance with state guidelines.

Free Marijuana in Longmont wants the Longmont city council to eliminate jail time for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. The group would also like to see fines for quantities of less than an ounce reduced to $5.
